We are conveniently open by appointment, the times are set up for a scheduled drop off and pick up by you, the client.
Therefore, if you are not going to show up or are going to be late or early we ask that you PLEASE call and let us know.
If we do not recieve a text or call at least within an hour of your appointed time, there is a $10 fee applied. Our time with our clients is precious to us and drop off and pick ups are scheduled so we can work around those times.

For the convenience of our clients we now accept debit and credit cards. Cash, business or personal checks are always welcome.
- Boarding: $35 per calender DATE for first dog, each additional dog is $30 per day. (NO hidden charges such as giving medication or special needs)
- Example: 1 dog Fri thru Sun = $105 2 dogs Fri thru Sun = $195
- Daycare: $30 per day, dog must be picked up by 6:00pm or a $10 late charge will apply. Regardless of Drop off time.
- All arrivals and departures are by appointment ONLY
- Drop off and pick up times are set by you, the client. There is a $10 fee applied after 30mins. Unless we are contacted within 1 hour PRIOR to the time agreed upon.
- Taxi Service: $40.00 round trip to and from our facility (when available).
- Not coming to our facility, no problem One way or round trip starting at $35.00.
Please note that boarding charges are calculated by calendar date, not 24 hour periods.
- Payment is due when pet is picked up.

There has been some confusion with the pricing.
We are OPEN 365 we do NOT charge extra for HOLIDAY drop off or pick ups.
Most other facilities have restrictions on drop off and pick up times and very few allow pick ups or drop offs on HOLIDAYS. We do NOT have set drop off or pick up hours. We are CONVENIENTLY open by appointment for our clients.
This is again NOT a 24 hour pricing it is based on calendar date. The following is an example:
- Single dog dropped off anytime on DAY 1 & picked up anytime on DAY 2 total: $60 this is 2 days.
- 2 dogs dropped off anytime on DAY 1 & picked up anytime on DAY 2 total price: $110 this is 2 days.
We are able to give your dogs one on one attention because we have limited spaces available. That is why we charge per calendar day. I hope this helps clear up any confusion.
PLEASE NOTE: When you book your stay we will give you the amount of your TOTAL bill. There are no added "ala carte" charges for extra attention to your pet. This is because your pet gets all extras included. Whether it be medications or special needs.
